At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Discuss with colleagues the initial respiratory management in the preterm infant
  • Describe to colleagues the epidemiology and clinical association of Ureaplasma and Mycoplasma species in the per-natal period.
  • Describe to colleagues how chorioamnionitis can modulate inflammatory responses in the preterm infant
